All Ten Year Guarantees and Bed Cover service contracts sold by Dreams Ltd are provided and managed by Warranty Logistics Management
All costs associated with valid claims and for the risks and liabilities, as defined in the terms and conditions under which these maintenance agreements and service contract warranties were sold, are the responsibility of WLM.
Customer funds are fully protected so that customers can make claims with confidence as and when they are necessary throughout the lifetime of their maintenance agreements. To further protect the funds, WLM has secured its own position through an arrangement with a major insurer.
Customers who require a repair, wish to make a claim, or simply want to update their details should in the first instance contact MB&G Insurance Services Limited on 0344 292 0000. They may also write to MB&G Insurance Services at Cobalt Business Exchange, Cobalt Park Way, Newcastle, NE28 9NZ or they may email firstname.lastname@example.org. MB&G Insurance Services will call customers back.
In the event that customers have a problem that cannot be resolved fairly within the terms and conditions of their respective Ten Year Guarantees or Bed Cover service contracts then they can write to Warranty Logistics Management.
