The GoldShield warranty scheme covers inherent defects in the structure of new Park Homes for up to ten years.
From 25th January 2011, Warranty Logistics Management is now responsible for overseeing the management of the GoldShield Ten Year Warranty Scheme (which may be downloaded here).
The GoldShield Trust remains fully active and responsible for ensuring the protection of the funds to pay claims under the scheme, but WLM will now ensure an enhanced service and more effective running of the scheme. For existing members, there should be no obvious impact other than hopefully a faster service and easier contact processes. For new members the scheme will stay every bit as easy to use and will allow the continuation of the aftersales services that your Park Home manufacturers have always intended.
